C. TOTAL FUNDS NEEDED (A+B) : Rs. 2,33,06,000/-
Currently we have entered into a Sale Agreement with owner of the Land on 16.07.2024, This land is adjacent to the land earlier acquired, this will provide the Organization required space for the construction of Classroom and Hostel Building for Boys and Girls. Total area of land is 52 decimal (22620 Sq.ft. approx.)
We have to make payments before 3 months from the date of sale agreement. Total Cost of Land acquisition is Rs. 40,06,000. An Advance of Rs. 3,00,000/- has been paid to the owner.
For the payment of rest money i.e. Rs 37,06,000/- we are hopeful that Allah almighty will guide us in collection from the well-wishers of the society.
